Meet Amy

Amy Brown, JD, MBA, is a Winter Garden REALTOR® with 18 years of real estate experience, specializing in Horizon West, new construction and relocation throughout the Orlando area. Her background as an attorney and professional negotiator gives buyers an added advantage when evaluating contracts, builder incentives and the many decisions involved in purchasing a home.

Amy works extensively with buyers relocating to Central Florida and helps them compare communities, builders, HOA and CDD fees, incentives and resale considerations before making a decision. She is especially familiar with Winter Garden, Horizon West and the growing communities surrounding Walt Disney World, and she brings a practical, no-pressure approach to helping clients make smart choices.

Amy earned her JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, MBA from Oakland University and BA from Michigan State University. Before real estate, she worked as a negotiator in the automotive industry and federal government, experience that continues to shape her strategic and client-focused approach today.
